Terms & Conditions

  • Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the selected payment plan at the time of booking.
  • ₹2,000 will be charged per guest exceeding the confirmed booking count.
  • Children means only 5 years or below.
  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
  • Management is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.

Payments

  • 50% Advance (Refundable): Eligible for a refund if the booking is cancelled at least 15 days prior to the check-in date.
  • 30% Advance (Non-refundable): This option is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Cancellation requests must be made by contacting us directly through the provided communication channels.
  • The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival at the property.
  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
